I love 1iota but the app isn’t working for me? I’ve been using them since 2017 but now the events aren’t showing. I even have a new phone and still can only see the events on the website. Not sure what to do? 1iota is fantastic though! The staff is incredibly kind and hard working, the shows are fun, and the events are epic! I have had front row to Ariana Grande and Camila Cabello, Kelly Clarkson, and red nose day where I got to chat with Jane Lynch and wave to Ann Hathaway. I attended the VMA rehearsals where Shawn Mendez, Jennifer Lopez, and Post Malone performed. Anna Kendrick practiced her announcement sketch as well. I also got a “high five” from Nick Carter from The Backstreet Boys at that event. Saw them again for a Central Park concert. I got to attend Jimmy Kimmel live in Brooklyn and shake his hand. Tony Bennet performed. I have photos with Ryan Seacrest, Michael Strahan, and Robin Robert’s. Attend movie/tv premiers, have the absolute best viewing location for the 4th of July fireworks. I’ve received books, gift cards, and random gifts while being an audience member. If you live in NYC or are just visiting, you definitely need to check this app to see what is going on! BUT if the app isn’t working you’ll have to use the website which isn’t as user friendly.

This App is amazing and love it! Just don’t fall for waitlist ticket sign ups at the shows. This is a waist of time. I traveled all day and was told I could possibly get Tickets to Seth Myers to see two of my favorite SNL actors on Thursday. The people hang out where you would sign in to the show you are going to. I did notice Many people signed up before me. If you're not the first ten people on this list you will be turned away. They also have a holding cell where they don’t give you a ticket for the show and give you false promises of getting into the show. There was five people waiting over two hours and turned away. It was very disappointing and feel like it’s scam and utterly annoying.

This app has given me and my bestfriend the most unbelievable experiences. We both downloaded the app in August and put in for the VMA’s and all of the other events that went along with the VMA’s (kickoff concert, Jonas Brothers) and we won! We won for the actual VMA’s and the kick off concert! Let me say, what a weekend! Our seats were unbelievable, we were the first row of seating after the pit. We looked them up to see how much they were worth, they were over $2,000! A few weeks later I put in for the Hustlers advanced screening and ended up meeting J Lo! HOW CRAZY! This is the best app I have ever downloaded and will be continuing to use it for a long long time haha! Thanks so much! Keep up the awesome work!
