Listen… The design and layout for this app is so outdated! It doesn’t even fill the whole screen on my Pro Max. It’s like it’s made for the iPhone 4S. This is solely the reason why I don't use it to make purchases online. It’s as if you only want me to go to a physical store to buy something (during a pandemic). Your GUESS, I’m more than sure you have the funds to prioritize this issue an have it updated immediately to join us in 2021. At this point, I’ll uninstall the app but once you take this feedback and finally decide to make the change… Please notify me and maybe I’ll be able to buy something online now with my iPhone.

I, like so many others, Love Guess clothing, but just in the last month I have had so many problems with this app. I wanted to purchase a item in my bag but couldn’t log in, called Guess customer service to make sure my email info was correct, ended up changing my password, finally got logged in and there were 8 extra items in my bag that I hadn’t put in there, ended up ordering my item at the store, I keep getting logged out of my app and now I can’t login at all, it keeps telling me my email or password is invalid.... what the hell am supposed to do???

I love Guess. I really want to love this app! But I can’t ever open my shopping cart after I’ve added things to it! Like EVER. I hope someone fixes this soon. I also can’t get my rewards to load. It becomes annoying and I end up just logging into my account online instead of using the app to purchase.
