I’ve been a HF customer for years. When all the other banks in town moved online, HF dragged their feet. When they did finally go online, it was like the developers were stuck 10 years behind their counterparts. Take something simple like full-screen, landscape-mode capabilities on the iPad. Nope. Not supported. Or creating your own user ID. Nope, gotta use the one issued by the bank. This bank touts their conservatism as a benefit, but it’s really not when it comes to their online offering. As others have said in other reviews, the app doesn’t bring anything new to the game that you can’t do through your web browser. Unless you have some weird reason to use this app, don’t waste your storage space loading it onto your device.

I have not been using my online banking for awhile but decided to start using it again oh my gosh this app is FANTASTIC !!! I can literally do everything and I mean everything from the palm of my hand and the tip of my finger !! I never thought I’d see the day where you could do banking daily and never even have to leave the your house !! They’re so much more you’ve added to the app and it’s soooo user friendly.
