CNB Sevierville Mobile

This mobile deposit service is hit or miss. Some days it works, others it doesn’t after multiple attempts. Try different backgrounds, different lighting and it makes no difference. I have to go inside bank to deposit and they have no idea why it works intermittently. They say they receive complaints daily. If that’s the case, either fix it or change services.

I love CNB Tennessee. I can bank from anywhere. It is so convenient being able to withdraw, transfer, or even deposit checks remotely and with access to my account from a mobile device. CNB can help with all your needs- checking, savings, credit card, loans, etc. The customer service is also fantastic! Bank with CNB! Citizens National Bank is the BEST!!

I have had many issues with the app, like not being able to add payees, not being able to link to my bank credit card, the customer service is great when I finally get a text back but that’s usually a day or two later
