What makes this app interesting is that you can publish short posts and reply to those of others, like twitter, which makes it possible for users to interact with each other directly. However, in several occasions, my perfectly normal remarks, even devoid of any critique, were regarded by the stupid system as “vulgar language”, which is absolutely irrelevant. Moreover, in all of these occasions, my appeals to the customer service were denied without any explanations. As such, one could only be led to the title!

I just registered my account, system kept sending me alarm stating that my account has high risk, need to contact customer service. I did and was told to send a claim to an email address and they will review my request, without telling me any detail about why is my account high risk. So I sent the email, got a response saying that no sorry, your account has been determined to be high risk, you won’t be able to use this app. I contacted customer service again and was told their risk level is valued based on usage and other customers reporting behaviors. Excuse me? I just registered with my real phone number and real photo. Haven’t even started using and is already being evaluated as high risk? I don’t know how this works. Worst experience ever with a social app.
