App keeps Crashing when trying to view my devices. Used to work, but need to fix!!!

I cannot find a way to sign out if my account using this new version of the app. This is a major security issue because my information is available whenever the app is opened. There is no way I can find to require logging in once the new app is downloaded. I searched my iPhone settings, and I do not have automatic fill in passwords selected. Even so, there is no visible way to sign out of my account.

When I moved out of my house I had an account credit. It has been over 3 months and Octopus has still not refunded my account credit. I have sent multiple emails and phone calls and they still haven’t returned the money I am owed.
