I went to look for information about park trail closures due to recent fires and wasn’t able to find anything. The map has low resolution icons and lines and I didn’t see any legend for why certain things were labeled or colored. It’s a nice first try but the app seems incomplete at this time. Just go to the website if you want some info. The park maps might be useful if you are hiking and want to find your way but google maps is better in my opinion. The website had a pdf showing all the latest closures. The app hardly had any information whatsoever compared to the website. You can tell the app is not native to iOS and it’s not easy to see that you need to swipe left to get to the other tabs to see weather and others. I’m thinking it’s not worth the storage space at this time.

I usually come to Orange County once or twice a month. When I am here for the weekend I love using the maps feature and the beaches module to help me find my next excursion/hiking trail. Easy to navigate and find what I'm looking for... Looking forward to the next update!
