Fresh Brothers

The FB app used to be terrible and wouldn’t remember my account or card or previous orders or anything. With the new app I just re-ordered my last order and paid in 1 minute. It’s finally as good as the pizza.

It’s absurd how many times the Fresh Brothers app is changing. Feels like every time I order a pizza it’s a new version. You would think that with so many updates and so much work going into it, the app should by now be excellent? But no, this is the absurdity of it all, it keeps changing but it’s like it’s stuck in this forever weird beta stage where it never gets improved. It has horrible ui, keeps crashing, doesn’t save your info, navigation makes no sense and it just has so many weird bugs. It’s frustrating! I just want to order pizza, simple and fast, same as last time, but repeat orders rarely ever work, my info always needs to be input again, app needs to login every time, the list goes on. Add that to the fact that it’s increasingly hard to navigate and find what you’re looking for (yes the earlier versions were actually better), then this is a joke. Sorry FB, you can do better. A shame, because your pizzas are excellent!

After nearly ten years, Fresh Brother’s seems to now have a decent app with Apple Pay and which allowed it to bring back its rewards program. However, I can no longer place my regular order in the app because unlike the previous-previous app that was available at the end of 2023, the new app doesn’t let me order a half-specialty pizza (half Margherita and half chicken and mushrooms). Please fix this so I can go back to using your app instead of having to call in my order every time now, waisting your time and mine. I mean if the person taking my order over the phone can enter my order perfectly fine, why shouldn’t I be able to enter the exact same order in your app?
