This app is less than intuitive or helpful. The one important thing I would like to get from it is access to the OC Public Library system to put books on hold, check my account status, etc. Maybe that can be done with the app, but clicking on my library doesn’t provide that option. This app provides a collection of info with little functionality. Poorly thought out.
Since there are many physical locations covered by the app, it would be helpful to provide ‘where to park’ information. Way-finding takes you efficiently to the location of a service - but does not direct you to convenient parking locations.
