When will you add features like quick pay, it should be basic and mandatory feature in the application, all banks had it and many other banking features ages ago and you are still backwards

Really buggy and so frustrating, your “fresh new look” has brought the most annoying feature straight from your web-login. Why on earth is a scrolling banner the first thing I see when looking at my banking details. I deal with many banks locally and internationally, you should check them out and try to improve your standard. AUB, please remove or relocate the banner feature immediately. We want our own account details as a priority, rather having to scroll down to achieve what we actually logged in for.

This app could be so much better. Upon launch the ‘Remember Me’ button would save your account number meaning only the password needed to be entered. It stopped working almost a year ago an nothing has been done to rectify the issue. The app is only good for use whilst in Kuwait. If you want to transfer money or pay bills whist away - forget it. The OTP - which sometimes arrives a whole day later by email - makes it impossible. Come on AUB - up your game and be a serious contender with NBK and Warba
