The app is nice but missing few things i wish it were added, for example the dark theme because sometimes i look into my accounts in dim places and my phone catches everyone’s eyes because it’s too bright, second i wish it had a feature that i can issue a claim or dispute a transaction within the app without the need of raising it via call center or visiting the branch. If weren’t of missing this features i would rate the app with five stars. Thank you,

The app has been obviously helpful. It allows me to perform most of the banking transactions quickly from my smartphone, and without the need to go the bank office . Therefore this saved my time, efforts and even the traffic that I may find if I went to the bank office

I’ve been trying to use kfh pay for weeks and it is still not working, I’ve updated everything and called services but nothing seems to be working. Please solve this ASAP UPDATE: I changed my default browser to Safari and it’s working. Thank you so much!
