Very professional in their services, no time issues and always before time. Stylists are properly groomed and very polite in approach. They take proper care of the hygiene and no question on the cleanliness part. No harsh upselling which is something i appreciate the most about them. I would highly recommend Athomediva for their professionalism and up to the mark services.

It’s a warning to all Customer’s don’t take services from at home diva ....I’m sharing my bad experience with these quickr at home diva services ..I have taken services from at home diva where the beautician has arrived at 1.10pm she started her work by 1.30pm and customer care is calling me at 3pm and telling that the work has to be completed within 3hrs 30 mins ..yes of course time is still there and service was done almost.. customercare lady has started arguments.. even after my telling that all services done only manicure is pending and facial pack removal inspite of enough time customer care lady behaved as if I’m working under her and she started ordering me and shouting that other customers are also waiting and telling you have to cancel one service that’s all .. I’m mean what the hell she is trying to tell my service time is still 1hrs 45 mins still remaining ...why this lady is disturbing me ..No respect towards customers, very very rude behaviour ... I have decided not take any services from at home diva. And complain in customer complaints

I had made a confirmed booking for a Sunday evening time slot for multiple services. I even got a confirmation call twice during the day. But just 15 mins prior to the confirmed time slot they called me and said that they won’t serve my location. The location was accepted by their app location settings and I must tell you its one of the most approachable location in the city. They did not say anything about the the location when I got a confirmation call twice during the day. Also when asked for a written apology, they denied and just disconnected my call. Beware that they will waste your whole holiday and won’t turn up. Better use Urban Clap rather than using their highly unprofessional service.
