I have always been a huge fan of Faballey dresses as they are too good, unique and fits me so well. In January I placed an order again for 2 dresses which I didn’t open immediately as I was very sure of the quality and size and opened them a month later when I had to wear them. I found that one of them is damaged from multiple places and doesn’t have the belt that was supposed to come along with it and another one was too loose. So basically my money went in vane. I tried writing emails on customer service email id and told them that the dresses have the tags also intact, I didn’t ask for refund but to at least exchange them as they are of no use of anyone but no one agreed. I am still looking for assistance.

So I had ordered two dresses from House of Indya. As they were supposed to be a gift, I did not completely open the dresses but did a basic check if the belt mentioned was there and if attached dupatta is there. Turns out belt was missing so I immediately contacted the customer support and requested them to send the belt as I had not received it. They sent it and I gifted the dresses. Later on my sister complained that in the other dress, stiching is weird so I checked it with the product image on website. There actually was stiching issue which made the dress look so weird and entire design looks different than the one promised. I contacted the customer support again. The person started to talk rudely to me that you already had a problem with the other dress and now you are saying this dress has a problem. I said it’s not my problem but yours because if I ordered 2 dresses and if both are defective then that is something you need to check. He asked me to share images of the product onWhatsApp number and after sending there they are saying that as it is more than 10 days, they will not do anything. Firstly they spoilt my gift for my sister and second they are not ready to accept their mistake and talk rudely to customers. I have shopped from many other online websites but by far this is the worst experience I had. This was my 1st order and probably will be the last one.

I have ordered few jumpsuits and the quality is wonderful. Faballey is my favourite destination for the official wears now. Kudos to the amazing team of Faballey !!!! Expecting more formal / semi-formal collections. One thing about the app is I couldn’t able to find options for return policy tracking. Missed my return date and am stuck there. I couldn’t able to Followup. It would be better if you can add some other alternative options in the app.
