I like some of the features on the new app but a major bug/issue is that it is not posting an accurate current balance on my accounts. If I make a withdrawal or use my card, it takes 24-48 hours for it to reflect on the app. I’ve been embarrassed multiple times now thinking I had enough in my account to make my purchase, just to get my card declined at the register. Holding up the whole line while I log in and make a transfer.. I happen to be a customer who commutes out of town for work. There are no Somerset trust establishments near my place of employment and I rely heavily on this app to manage my funds during the week. Please work to resolve this issue.

Now that the new app is up and running, I’m very pleased. I know more improvements are coming, but so far it beats the old app. It’s easy to see transactions that have not yet processed, and this app gives all the details of where your money was spent. You could only see the first few letters with the old app.

I’ve been using this app for about 2 years now and it was basic to say the least. They just updated the whole system and I think it looks 100 times better and a lot more up to date with todays standards. However, this seems to have created a LOT of errors and having to reboot the app. I had to delete and reinstall after I got the initial updated version and I still can’t use the app for more than 2 minutes without it crashing. Hopefully there will be some bug fixes to help it run smoothly. When that happens, this app will be a really nice.
