Zero stars
App does absolutely nothing. Can’t use it to pull up my card, kicks me out. Find a dentist is just a blank white screen. Tried to see what my plan covers, have no clue since I can’t see it.

Worked as needed
I was able to sign in using the login information I set up on their website. I logged in successfully and got the membership information I needed.

No longer works
The app worked fine for a while until it didn’t. Now it won’t open. I keep getting an error message saying, “an unexpected error has occurred, please try again later.”
