This happened to me twice, I couldn’t find the scan barcode on the car to access the car. I tried to call customer support on their 24/7 number no answer. I ended up having pending booking with pending money. This company has unreachable customer service if you have problem with accessing car or your booking it is over no way to reach customer support by phone call, you need to send email you will get reply second day. It is hard to communicate with them. You will never get direct contact like phone call or chatting, which is weird for a rental car, if you have issue you will get nervous as there is no way to have customer support. I don’t recommend.

Be sure that you will not use the car far away from the green zones , because you cannot end the trip outside these zones
