This happened to me twice, I couldn’t find the scan barcode on the car to access the car. I tried to call customer support on their 24/7 number no answer. I ended up having pending booking with pending money. This company has unreachable customer service if you have problem with accessing car or your booking it is over no way to reach customer support by phone call, you need to send email you will get reply second day. It is hard to communicate with them. You will never get direct contact like phone call or chatting, which is weird for a rental car, if you have issue you will get nervous as there is no way to have customer support. I don’t recommend.

I would only use this app again if I had no other choice. The experience was frustrating from the start: there’s no clear communication about rental requirements. Even with a valid exit/re-entry visa, I went through the full booking and payment process — only to be denied authorization. The only options? Cancel the reservation or deposit 1,000 SAR into the app wallet and then try to reach customer support. Unfortunately, reaching support was another major issue. Calls were either put on long hold and disconnected, or ended with an automated message saying all agents were busy. To make matters worse, the app stopped working during the last two days of my trip. I had to make multiple calls and send several emails just to end the booking. I’ve finally managed to close the booking through customer support, but I’m still waiting for a refund from the app wallet and for the amount that was authorized on my credit card.

Be sure that you will not use the car far away from the green zones , because you cannot end the trip outside these zones
