I use it regularly and will continue to use it. It generally takes a full minute or so to upload and that’s no problem. However maybe <5% of the time I am unable to upload after several attempts. I don’t know whether there is something I am doing wrong or if it’s the app.

I love this concept and want to spread the word, but I don't know if my uploads are even getting through. I always have to try resubmitting several times, as I'm extremely thorough with my documentation and I assume it's just taking a while and my phone's going to sleep. However, the one time I finally don't get the error message in the upload, there's no message to tell me I succeeded, and nothing in the menu/FAQ to give me any clue. Please keep this going! Knowing that trafficking exists has completely ruined the enjoyment of hotels for me. This is the one thing that gives me an ounce of peace, believing that my stay might be the key to rescuing someone from their living nightmare.

I love the new look and the app works well, but the recent update has made it so that you can’t upload photos from your photo gallery. I don’t mind uploading pictures on the spot but I worry that it could later pose a security risk further down the line as these photos are being uploaded with an address and hotel room, enabling people to know your current location if they wanted to. I doubt a hacker would want to hack the logs/databases of this app, but I don’t put it past someone to do that. I don’t know how apps like these work so my concerns might not be valid - if so, I would appreciate someone letting me know if I have nothing to be worried about.
