This app never works and always crashes. There must be zero maintenance being done to this app because it never ever loads properly and the few times you even get to enter a plate search it just crashes before the results return.

This part of the App does not open. So I’m constantly spammed with alerts I do not need . Is there any way around that ?

The LPR reader alone is enough for me to give it five stars. I have used it on foot going through parking lots (and other places you can’t fit a cruiser), in my cruiser on a GPS mount, and even on my bike. Very accurate during the day, and reads better than the older SD cameras. Recovering a stolen car, it is easy to just walk around and scan everything else with the app looking for additional cars instead of running each plate through NCIC. Additionally, having LEARN on the phone in the app makes it much easier to run queries on the move during investigations when a laptop isn’t appropriate.
