Sushi Diner – Fun Cooking Game

This game is one of the best sushi restaurant games I can find on the App Store, but the game itself means nothing if you can’t actually play it - you run out of “energy” so fast and it takes a long time to get the energy back. It uses real time to reload energy. I know a lot of games use this as an incentive to make users pay more money, but it just makes playing this game so frustrating. I can only try a level 5 times before I have to wait like 30 minutes to get my energy up so I can try again? For a dumb merging game or Candy Crush copy, I can forgive this tactic, but for a genuinely fun, skill-based game, this seems out of place. I’m not buying your gems. If it’s gonna be like this, I might as well not even play this game.

I like this one! Even though you run out of energy, you can earn more by watching ads , so you get 30 minutes - 1 hour or so of game time before having to wait for refill. By then, I am over it anyway. So it works out well. Good upgrades & upgrade costs…for the most part. Can watch videos to earn gems. I do wish you could earn more just by adding power-ups to rounds, like on the sand which version of this game. : ) Cool game!

This is my favorite game and I hate to knock down 2 stars out of my review for it because of the ads. I get that this is how they make money but having to watch a video just for opening the app or going to the next phase (and still losing a life power) is too much. I wish you released an ad free paid version of this app with no life power feature and more reasonable ways to earn gems. I would definitely buy it! No one wants to spend money all the time to buy gems to play. It defeats the purpose of a game as it completely takes away the feeling of accomplishment. You have to buy your way forward instead of mastering the game and being successful for your skills. Please rethink the model. I am sure that many more people would stick around if you improved the experience.
