PS2ME Parent Pro

Using this app on the iPhone Xs is like looking at a funhouse mirror. I see the developer claims to have updated this for iPhone 12 for certain features, yet my phone, which is older, does no display the correct aspect ratio which means the place I click on the screen is not where it reads a click. The result is that when I attempt to paste my password, the screen jumps to the bottom, and instead of a cursor in the field that says "paste" it says "select all" on the very bottom of the display field (which is not he bottom of my phone display). If I press "select all", bizarrely, it jumps back up and only then does "paste" pop up. I have hundreds of apps, and this is the only one whose developers don't seem to understand how to keep abreast of new screen sizes, or consider it important to quality control their product. Please fix it.

I was told I would receive all notifications through this app. Check-ins are not being notified. Activity reports don’t show until almost 3 hrs after kid has been checked out, if it even shows at all. When it does show, the report shows 1/4 of the information teacher says was entered. Everything else seems to be disabled. It’s frustrating enough to have to leave your kids at a daycare but it’s even more when the tools that should help you as a parent breathe a little and know your kid is safe DONT WORK!!

My son’s preschool recently launched this and it has made life so much better. Previously the communications loop was significantly lacking ... it was a semi circle more than a loop. Any announcements got buried in email, I would have little info on what they did during the day, trying to deal with changes in pickup plans was a nightmare. P2Me magically solved all those problems. Not sure what’s up with the negative reviews about lost passwords or bugs, I have had no problems and the app works seamlessly for me. I find the interface very user-friendly. I think people are just super uptight when it comes to their kids and will take advantage of any outlet to complain about something. I love this app and would encourage anyone to urge their school to use it.
