This app is decent especially after the update but there is a bug or a mistake which means when ordering a meal I cannot change the spice level and have to leave a note instead.

When I type in my postcode, the app says £2 delivery. Place order. Get a phone call saying that delivery to here is actually £5, there is a problem with the app telling how far away postcodes are. Agree to accept this price, but if I had known that delivery would be so expensive I wouldn’t have bothered, and will not again. Driver also gave these excuses at the door. If there is a known problem, FIX it?! Also driver gave us someone else’s order... this place is a complete disaster. Collection or don’t bother!

Had a flyer put through the door and thought would give the new Bracknell branch a try. Placing an order for £22. Can't get to checkout as once you enter postcode for delivery they do not deliver in this area. I can walk it in 12minutes (and frequently do) it is only a 5 minute drive yet they don't deliver!! They will not be getting our custom particularly after reading the other reviews on here. Will stick to Nando's. ..... further update; to be fair they did deliver, having phoned them, and exceptionally fast, also honouring the online 1st order 15% discount. Apparently there is an issue with the app regarding the postcode delivery check which they are trying to resolve. The way round it is select 'Collection' and in the comments field write your delivery address and select 'pay on collection'. You then just pay when the delivery driver arrives. Food was very good indeed, loads of it and hot. Would have given 5 stars if app was more user friendly. Will definitely buy from there again. ... another update, bought the following week, numerous calls as food had still not arrived after 1hr 15'. When arrived poor quality and cold (ever tried reheating cold fries!!!) Gave them a chance and benefit of the doubt but overall really poor service and poor quality food. Order, but be prepared for inconsistency and unreliable service. What a shame, but Nando's in my experience, although don't deliver, is far superior.
