Scoffable

I used to use another food ordering platform simply because I wasn’t really aware of any others but when the one I was using hiked their service charge from 50p to up to 11% of your order I felt that was just total greed then my partner said use Scoffable their local to where I live and their service charge is 50p and I’ve never looked back since all the restaurants I used are on their site so switching over wasn’t a big issue

Great to see some different restaurant choices. But over and above that, I reported a bug in the app based around my bank’s security requirements rather than the App. The web developer responded from his holidays to say he would investigate and he followed up on his return to fix the issue. Well impressed by their customer service & response!

I much prefer this app to others. It may not have the same amount of restaurants on it, but my favourites are all included. If there’s and issue with ordering, you always get a personal message apologising and sometimes you get a money off coupon. This is how you do customer service.
