Ordered a Father’s Day meal for collection at a specific time only to turn up and be told there was a 2hr delay vs times on the app. The staff manager we spoke to was very rude (stressed due to the app?). This is the 2nd time we have experienced this manager being rude to us and the 3rd time the app has been unreliable for timings. We won’t be going back. Enough is enough.
Good app - clear, functional, quick. Please let me add a tip, so the drivers don't have to handle cash tips!
Hannibal burger was amazing! Best food we’ve had since last time we were here
