Servify - Device Assistant

I recently started to experience sound issues with my left pod, resulting in a lack of sound coming out of the left speaker. I contacted Apple and they asked me to contact Servify.I scheduled an appointment for pickup and delivery service with Servify. They replaced my AirPods free of charge, and my new pair arrived swiftly.

Please don’t go to Servify. They will take your phone and then no response on the work . It’s almost 2 weeks - my phone is not returned yet. Money is taken. When you call up their customer service team you have to hear their attitude. Just waiting for my phone back — I won’t go back to Servify again and recommend everyone to stay away from them - trust the local repair shop they will repair your phone in one DAY.

I really loved the seamless app and its wonderful to see how efficient servify is. Also, I must mention that they made the whole service personalised for me by being available all the time and keeping me updated. I would highly recommend people to use servify. Cheers :)
