The Technician was going to come at 3 pm for Installation of speaker He requested that he shall come at 5pm even after 6 pm he did not turn up despite trying to reach him many times he did not answer and customer care was clueless and did not resolve the case . Really worst service very unprofessional and unpleasant experience . Really don’t buy any JBL products because of such worst customer service

Samething here i have purchased jbl partybox 710 aftr a its cme smoke from speaker its almost a month no technitian visited at my home within 8 days technitian will not visit i will post this on social media its a under warranty product

I got problem one of the Partybox 110 even not resolved issue if I have warranty , since 2 months ago I raised the request, don’t buy JBL products it will gets issue even in a month.
