Based on my experience in Borivali, Satra Park Store: The staff was attentive and helped me to setup an appointment to avoid delays in Walk-in. It’s always better to take an appointment and go. Special shoutout to Abhishek, store admin, who attended my request and answered all my questions patiently and explained how the process of Apple customer support works. I submitted my phone on Wednesday and received it back in 3 days as promised besides getting it repaired from its Bangalore center. Keep it up!

They won’t even respond to calls, the service centre and when i tried to reach them through customer support, Nothing worked, They straight away told me that they need apple care plan to talk with me or resolve my issue. Seriously- Very much disappointment.
