I think it’s about time that this app undergoes a serious make over. Even if this app is an extension of the website it does not need to look the way it does. The design is from the year 2000…. It is prehistoric. I think you are loosing alot of young people because of how this app is now. I see notifications about updates only to see the same interface. Get it fixed. It’s 2024 going 2025. This design is not cutting it.

I gave 2 stars because the app isn’t completely useless. However the design is terrible compared to other banking apps. It’s like using Windows 98. What I hate most is that bank balance doesn’t seem to update in real time which is very confusing. Also when looking at the already hard to read transaction history it filters the dates in ascending order which is annoying because you then either have to scroll through multiple pages or filter individual dates at time. You get logged out if you accidentally hit the back button. Kmt

I don’t know how the app is since it will not open. When I select the app the screen says Login. Why it says this I don’t know, it is an unnecessary extra step that is not needed, just show the login page first. I mean what else am I going to do? When I click login the app closes. I have never been able to use it.
