Took me awhile to complete the onboarding process. but I keep saying to myself, remember this is Jamaica you are dealing with so things might not be smooth and fast. But after about two - three weeks of back and forth with the lovely and professional customer representatives In the chat feature, I was able to complete it all. I love Jamaica and I know sometimes getting things done can be drawn out and if you are not determined, you might give up. Maybe it’s bureaucracy and red tapes, but like I said just know it’s never easy and keep trying and have a ton load of patience.

Very easy to use and easy to navigate…

I love the security features for this banking app. However the communication when opening an account needs to be more clear. My only suggestion would be to make it clear that each document will require verification and can be 3-5 days for each document to be verified. It took 19 days to open an account online. Mainly due to miscommunication. However, Customer service reps are outstanding and the chat is very helpful.
