Consistently solid pizza with ingredients that taste real. Staff in the store are always pleasant at pick-up and their delivery is faster than anyone else. (Seriously- even on Fridays, they’ll smoke the competition) Really love the new pinsa options. Y’all are great. Keep it up!
I’ve ordered from Vocelli’s since I was a little kid. Literally, one of the first numbers I memorized (the numbers repeating was so fun to recite). I have an eating disorder and ever since I was that age good has been super scary. App doesn’t work well and with the disconnect between customer and provider the delivery driver felt liberty to make fun of my order. Now the last comforting childhood pizza I’m ever gonna order isn’t even gonna go down easy haha please just don’t support this app or business in any way. The disconnect from even caring a little bit after like… 20 years of constant orders is not something you should ascribe to.
I would think an accurate address database would be key to a business that delivers to, you know, people’s addresses. I can get through 90% of the account creation process. I can input my address just fine, but when I get to the step to validate my address it’s not listed. I don’t live in a remote area. I’m not hidden in anyway shape or form. My address auto populates just fine in the first step, but it’s no where to be found in this extra step. Sorry, that’s just stupid. I can call in my order just fine. Fix your app please.
