Pizza Boli's

The app was pretty bad for a long time but now it’s fine. I order pizza and I get it. Rewards accumulate and I use them. Sure it’s a little simple and not great to look at it but it does what it needs to.

I love the food, but the app's reward system is incredibly frustrating. If you order outside of the app like over the phone or walk-in there is absolutely no way to scan or manually enter your paper receipt afterward to claim your missing reward points.A modern rewards program should let you scan a barcode or enter a receipt number to get credit for your loyalty, no matter how you placed the order. Forcing users to buy exclusively through the app just to earn points defeats the purpose of a flexible loyalty program. Please update the app to allow manual receipt uploads!

You need to make sure you’ve checked the box to receive offers/emails when you sign up. Otherwise no coupon will be emailed to you. Download the app, create an account, make sure that particular box is ticked. Once you confirm your email address, you should receive your coupon email within a few hours (at least I did). Good luck.
