They really do stand for the (Snail) title. It’s not even a joke, it’s really sad. When something bad happens to players’ account, they do EVERYTHING they can to find reasons NOT to HELP you. When they should be doing EVERYTHING they can to HELP you. They do the exact opposite which is disappointing. My account was recently hacked, the person sold all my gears, jade skills, treasures, etc... the list goes on. That’s ALOT of TIME and hard work that went to waste because SNAIL is be too LAZY To actually HELP. All they care about is your money and if your account gets screwed they won’t help u because they’d rather u start over and spend money again. Stupid snail company is trash, I wouldn’t want to support stupid people like them. Their careless, thirsty, money hungry people. The game alone is fun but the customer service is straight up garbage. It’s disappointing when u lose all that hard work and SNAIL doesn’t do ANYTHING about it. They just resend u the same email over and over even though u give them the information they asked for. They pretend like their trying to help u by asking u for information, an when u give it to them, they will continue to ask u for it over an over, meaning they won’t help u. Such garbage people

I have been playing this amazing game for a few years. It was great until a new update came out a few months back when the language was switched to Chinese and many people couldn’t understand a single thing. For anyone who has this “issue” tap on your characters avatar on the top left corner and tap the settings picture. As you have done that, tap on the first big button that is on the right side. After that you should see languages and tap on English. Tap on the left button and reopen the game. Hopefully this can help :)

When I end a relationship with my mentor and register with another mentor it says I have to wait some time and I hate having to wait so I'm wandering in the next update if u could take that out so I can just register with another mentor without waiting please and thank you. When I click on a new server it leads me to a new selection of characters and I want to be on the best server with the most people in it and I can't do that if I have to start a new character over again cuz I don't want to have to go through that. so in the new update I'm hoping if you guys could make it so I can keep my level 52 character and be on a new server without having to start all over again and thank you this new update is better than the last work so keep up the good work. And by the way add a new school and make sure the school is high class quality cuz everyone likes that if you can do that it would be great thanks. I just found out that I can't change my characters gender cuz it costs money and I hate paying for things that are in games so I'm wandering if you could make it so I can change my gender in the shop and either it could be free or I would have to pay at least 1 gold so either way is fine i just want to change gender without paying real cash and thanks. I would really love it if you guys could in the next update instead of 3 team members in a team if you could add like 6 thank. And also for the oath team I'm hoping u guys could add like rewards and stuff for the members who do good and a function just like that that can only be accessed by oath leader. And also I have like a “family” made in the game and it’s big so I’m wandering if u could add fueture that involves with mak8mg ur own family and adding a family chat and making it accessible to for all levels and if u do this I assure you this game will become the most popular yet. Please do this. Keep up the updateing
