ConfirmTkt: Train Booking App

I have been using confirm tkt for all my bus, train and air bookings. I have found better air fares, and works smoother than the IRCTC app in general. I have tried several other platforms but I keep coming back just for its ease of use and efficiency.

I booked a ticket through Confirmtkt app . My train got cancelled. I’m getting a msg my train was cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, so I called customer support, they said after date of journey refund will be processed after 48 hours . So I booked another ticket. Again I called customer support and asked refund they said they will not provide refund you can ask IRCTC. How can i ask IRCTC I paid extra amount to Confirmtkt I booked through them how can I ask IRCTC. Confirmtkt are not care about customer. Worst service don’t prefer this 3rd party app. Ppl plz book direct irctc this is my humble request. This Confirmtkt ppl stolen my 319 rs.

I used this app to book multiple train tickets. They booked my tickets for the wrong dates and delayed my entire trip! Do not use. I tried booking tickets for 12/15 and after payment, the ticket was confirmed for 12/16. Even though I definitely selected 12/15. This happened more than once. I called customer service for help but they were unable to do anything. She said I would have to cancel and rebook the ticket but that would cause me to lose all the money. They won’t even refund me for their mistake. She just kept saying “sorry” as if that would help. Be weary. Do not use.
