It’s very nice to order groceries from home. Quite a few of the products shown aren’t really in stock and they get cancelled from the order. Some get replaced with equivalent products, others get inadequate replacements. There are sometimes issues with the map. The estimated delivery time is overly optimistic most of the time - this really should be looked into. Otherwise it works quite well.
I ordered 4 items and I selected “pay with credit card”. Then, the app never asked me for any credit card information to make the payment. It said my order costed me 98 lei, however, when the delivery guy arrived, he said it’s 102,50 in total. That random sum was added randomly and at the end, just when he arrived. Not sure where that came from because delivery was already 20 lei?? So I got charged more right at the door when I was expected to pay. It felt like I got charged more for nothing, when I wanted to pay via credit card online, like all delivery services, so i know what to expect.
App is really useful, but using the app is a bit jarring from end-user pov. 1 in 2 actions trigger a loading wheel that takes 5 seconds on average, so the performance of the app can be improved, maybe laying off the use of bottom sheets for every page could help. Also, each market category has a lot of subcategories, that coupled with the slow loading speeds, make the browsing very tedious and increase the chance of a user forgetting items. Would much rather prefer a tag based system that the user can filter for instead of endless subcategories.
