Buyer beware. The maximum David Jones voucher denomination is $200. David Jones only permits 5 gift vouchers in one transaction. If your DJ’s purchase is in excess of $1000 in one transaction. You won’t be able to use any additional vouchers that you purchased. So you are stuck with them to use later. Lumo Rewards should really disclose this to their customers. They need to be transparent. As should David Jones. The customer should be aware prior to purchasing not in the middle of a transaction when they can’t cancel. The other option for Lumo is to offer $500 voucher denominations. David Jones has these.
Thanks for “finding the issue”. I have increased the star rating from 1->3. I find it disappointing that you can’t make an app work on a previous iOS version when other App developers can. We should have a choice what we update without having an app fail. Btw, can’t give you full stars yet until your app becomes more user friendly. Eg. When purchasing a gift card, why do I have to keep entering my contact details? If it’s a security thing, then why not enable Touch or Face ID? Then you know who’s logging in and should be able to buy instantly or only have to enter payment details. Previous post: Seriously? And still no fix? Should have been fixed within 48hours...
