RAA

Have had to call on the RAA a number of times recently, without them I would have been stuck (or potentially caused damage to my car). They are always prompt, professional and get me back on the road in a timely manner. One company that genuinely provides exceptional service to rural and remote communities - I am grateful and feel safer with this coverage!

I rang RAA today as the car I was driving ( temp) decided to lock me out with the keys in the ignition. The phone was answered very politely and immediately gave me some reassurance that I wouldn’t be held up for too long, I was told I would see a road service van with an hour and 40 minutes later sure enough road service arrived and after a couple of quick questions they set to work opening the door. The road service chap was friendly and efficient and I was quickly back on my way. Thanks heaps RAA 👍😁

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. It takes you to a Microsoft page for login (but so does RAA’s website) and keeps me signed me. It looks pretty slick and is very easy to navigate. Fuel is tje best feature… saved a stack. Last week I used the roadside assistance bit and that was cool! You just give details of your breakdown and it shows you where the mechanic is on the map as he’s on his way. Love it!
