I downloaded the app because I had opened a checking account earlier today. Everything was going fine until I had to put in my phone number. There was no slot to type it in and what it did ask my to type in was a “Phone Nickname”. When I typed in <my name>’s Phone, it would not work. And when I typed in my phone number it wouldn’t work. I tried everything and after awhile I just got fed up. Whoever designed this app please fix this issue!

There should be ability to enter a memo for a check in case there are multiple checks for same amount and one doesn’t clear properly. Capital One has that option on mobile deposit. It’s useful. Also, there is never a payoff amount on overdraft. You pay the balance and then you have to transfer again to pay what’s left. That annoying.
