I started Banking with Jovia in the 1990's when they were NEFCU. I have always gotten great customer service and great rates on CD's. I dealt with the Rockville Centre Branch for many years. Now my favorite branch is the one in Northport. The staff there is excellent and always feel they are looking out for my best interests. No matter what Branch I have gone into I have always gotten excellent customer service from the people in the bank and the tellers. Great Business Model.

I’ve been with Jovia for as long as I can remember and their app has always been great, i’m able to deposit checks from my phone, quickly move money, and set up auto pay however recently the app just doesn’t seem to load? I’ll stare at the lime green screen for quite some time, close it out, reopen, do the same thing until it eventually works but this never used to happen. The home page has also been having some issues, usually I’m able to see all my accounts and their balances but lately it’s just a loading screen and I’m only able to see my balance if i go to the transfer page. I do hope some developer sees this and fixes the app because it used to be wonderful and now it’s so frustrating.

Please go back to the previous version. The whole “deposit” and “withdrawal” info is pretty annoying and the days are no longer separated, now it’s just this long running list of transactions. It doesn’t look as organized as it did before. Please go back to the previous version!
