Flushing Bank Mobile Banking

This is a great app and very easy to use however, there were times when the photo image for endorsement on the back does not go through and you need to do multiple attempts

You cannot access bill pay using the mobile app, or from your mobile phone. You need to go home, turn on your computer, login from a computer in order to check on future payments won’t make new payments. You have zero visibility into what’s going on in your account while on the go. This makes absolutely no sense. I have even tried multiple browsers and whether you using the app or browsers, you have no access.

I have accounts with Capital One, Chase, TD, Citibank, and Flushing. Online banking should be easy to use and self explanatory. The only bank that requires me to get trained on how to use there platform is Flushing Bank and I still can not get what I need done online. But this is a review about their app…so here it is…I can’t log on. Even though I’m using the correct user name and password, the app does not allow me to login, rendering it useless. The only reason I do bank with them is because my banker is an awesome, effective, effective, and trustworthy person. Flushing Bank, PLEASE, recreate your online line presence so that I can do more business with you.
