I see others have this problem so I wish that you would address this because it is absolutely frustrating to have money in an account that I cannot use because it’s impossible to sign in. Every time I open the app it just gets locked on the opening screen with a spinning wheel trying to sign in. I have updated the app, I have attempted to download and restart the app and nothing is making it better. Why offer the service if you’re not going to take care of it for your customers?

It took me 3 days to sign up for an account. It was constantly timing out. I finally was able to sign up and set up for my account but I have yet to be able to connect to use the money in my account. It freezes on the screen to enter the zone. Frustrating
So, basically the app works when connected to WiFi and not cellular (yes I did check to make sure cellular data was accessible to the app) which totally negates the basic reason to us this app. Just terrible

Dec 2022, iPhone 11 — A year ago I added $25 to my account, looking forward to being able to pay for parking quickly and easily, and am pretty sure I have not been able to use the app successfully even once. Every time I want to use it I spend 5-10 min trying and eventually give up, as it invariably will not load. Huge waste of time. I keep hoping that an update or deleting & re-downloading will fix the problem but nope. Hopefully it starts working eventually…
