This is my third time using this brand rather type of screen protector. Just like one of the other reviews I agree 110%. The app is user-friendly and very easy to navigate through the process to get what you need done. With saying that comes my statement and a question. So this is my first time purchasing the screen protector and having a warranty already on my phone every other time that I purchased the screen protector I owned the phones outright so therefore if I wanted to get my screen fixed I had to pay for it and then they reimburse you 100 or $150 whatever your plan allows. Since I have insurance for my device, it’s a no-brainer I’m going through that to fix my screen pay my deductible. What’s the process and how does it work when it comes to that? If you decide to respond, developers or employee for instaProtek. And if there is the information that I need on the website or something just feel free to say that and I’ll look it up myself. Other than that please reply again I love the product it’s great and it just amazes me how the liquid works the way it does.

I got the liquidpel screen protection as a gift for my birthday back in May, and just got around to installing and registering the product. I went to the website provided on the packaging and was then instructed to download an app instead to register the product. Followed the app link from the web page, clicked to download, and in under one minute the app was fully downloaded. The app is super easy and guides you quickly through the registration process. I was worried I wouldn't be able to register since it is over thirty days from the purchase date, but didn't encounter an issue there so that was great. I had my account setup and product registered in under three minutes!! The only suggestion I might have is an option for clients to register the product somehow if they received it as a gift and might not have the original purchase receipt which I know means people could lie about it but it was just a thought. Luckily, I didn't have an issue since my fiancé purchased it for me so I was able to get the receipt for the purchase verification. Thanks for a great product and app!!

Very easy app to use, I put in a few short answers to the questions they had and WAHHHHLA, im covered!! I wanted to test the product so I put liquid glass on an old phone I had, and stood about 8 feet away.. I threw a good 75 mph 4 seam fastball with that phone, towards the wall.... SMACK (a very hard smack lol) and not a crack, or chip, or spidering, or ANYTHING.... let me just say that fastball was thrown so hard (a slight relief from some built up anger) I mean you probably heard it from my house itself to yours...but you probably weren’t listening for it so u missed it.. no prob, I’ll just vouch for the both of us that it was extremely fast... long story short, liquid glass is the best screen protection of our generation!! So insta-protect made a very wise business decision to partner with liquid glass, but I highly doubt I’ll need the protection after my MLB grade testing on it.. (I’m slowly dying from laughter reading this over)... Warmly, The first woman pitcher in MLB 2022
