Just bought the 360. Was easy to initialize and set up. I wish it had a pause setting so when you are home you can pause it from recording. I also wish it had an easier way to delete recordings and “events” from the app screen and unit. Overall it works well ** You need to make deleting individual event motion on the event tab easier and in mass, also, every time I go on the event tab/ alarm and go to look at the motion it takes me to the dale page for cloud storage even when I have an sd card I shouldn’t have to pay for storage to see a motion detection alarm/ push notification

This is a great product and app! I have not had any issues with the app unless the device goes offline (happened twice in 6 months, both due to power outages). The major issue I have is that it doesn’t automatically reconnect to the network. You have to reset and reconnect. This isn’t a major issue as I am not relying on this for primary feeding. The camera is amazing and you can even hear audio thru the device (or talk to people, if they’re home). There is no recording without subscription, but I am not looking to record these interactions. When the treats are getting low, it can be a little inconsistent at shooting out treats. The camera does capture when treats are dispensed, so you can see if they are shooting out. I’ve accessed the device thru the app all over the world consistently and am incredibly happy with the product! It provides a nice peace of mind to see my fur baby when I’m away!

I purchased the 360 camera and connected with this app. The camera quality is excellent and I can see everything very clearly. I'm not entirely sure why l'd ever want to switch from HD to SD, though. I've accidentally hit that button a few times due to where it is on the interface, but it's easy to switch it right back. Just a small annoyance. I love the night mode. I wish there was a way to toggle it on my own instead of having to rely on the camera sensors. Sometimes when my dog is in her bed and the lighting is a certain way, I can't really see her without night mode on. I've been using my own micro SD card, and I'm really happy to be able to watch playback from overnight or whenever we have to leave her on her own. We will sometimes leave sound/motion notifications on, and unfortunately there are times when it seems like the camera misses a few moments and/or doesn't record when she was clearly moving and making noise. It mostly picks up what we're hoping it will, but it’s frustrating when certain things are missed. I also like that I can take screen shots and videos of live moments and recordings. I'll also add there was a brief period several months ago where the camera would crash whenever I tried to watch the SD recordings. I reached out to customer service, and they responded very quickly. After a bit of troubleshooting with me through emails, they actually pushed an app update and let me know! The update fixed the issue, and I've had no issues since! Overall, this has been exactly what I wanted and I would recommend it!
