This app has quite literally changed my life. I was feeling so hopeless after having exhausted several therapy modalities to try to manage my mixed presentation ADHD (along with other diagnoses) but none of these previous modalities ever ended up being sustainable long term or had major gaps in their efficacy due to me being neurodivergent. Many of these other therapeutic modalities don’t take neurodivergence into account when drafting up their content either. Especially when it comes to how we learn and perceive information. But now that I’ve found Inflow I’m so incredibly thankful for this app and how powerful it is! This app has clearly been crafted by experts in ADHD neurodivergence. I’ve only been using Inflow for a few days and I’m already majorly blown away at how effective it has been in helping me both gain a deeper understanding of how to manage my ADHD symptoms while also validating my experiences as a person born with neurodivergence. We’re wired differently and that means that it takes a different and specialized approach to assist us in being able to successfully move through a society built for neurotypicals. Inflow is 110% worth ANY amount of money needed to keep this therapy relevant and accessible to all. I wish that everyone could hear about this app and how simple and easy it is to approach. The first step toward treatment is often the hardest and now that I’ve started with Inflow I never want to stop working with it. Cheers Inflow team you deserve it!
Despite the safeguards they have in place to avoid this very problem, I ended up purchasing a year-long subscription by accident. I’m so happy that I did. I was mostly interested in the ADHD and hormones module but had to complete 4 other modules before I had access to the rest. This kinda made me rush through the beginning because I wanted to see the rest of the library before the end of the trial period (though I had already failed so that ended up not mattering). The task avoidance module is what really sold me on the app, I learned so many things that I’m actually implementing (E.g., chunking, RAIN). It’s already changing the way I think (aim for 80% completion not 100% perfection). I’m genuinely excited to do my lesson every day. I took of a star for two—probably mutually exclusive—reasons: 1. Locking the library during the trial period is a turn off. I get it for people with little understanding of their ADHD, but there are certain things that I already knew this to wish I could’ve skipped. Though I think I picked the first 4. But I also understand why having all the modules available could be overwhelming (I’m experiencing this rn). 2. Even though I just said I didn’t like the prescribed module order, I wish there were like paths we could choose that would have a stack of modules to follow. Choosing what to focus on gets overwhelming.
I came to this app through ADDitudes and I’m so glad I found it. This is just what I needed to learn how to get things done, stay on track at work, and feel better about myself. My coworkers have noticed an improvement and I’m getting more done after just two weeks of using Inflow daily. The modules are useful. I’m learning so much about what works, what doesn’t, and why. The live events are very informative and the live work group every weekday is amazing. I don’t completely understand why the work group works so well, but it has been a game changer when I’m struggling to get started or stay focused on a project I really don’t want to do. There is a cost, but it is well worth it to me and WAY cheaper than doing all of this with a coach, owing a ton in late fees because I forget to pay bills, or the risk of losing a job. I am 110% happy with this and it is already making noticeable improvements in my life. I have one thing I would like to see. If the developers are reading this, please consider making it a two week trial. I don’t think one week is enough time for most people to determine if this will work for them. I saw just enough that I was willing to pay for a month to see how it went, but there are a lot of people who need this that may still be hesitant after just one week. And thank you for the reminder when my trial was about to end!!!! It’s so easy for us ADHDers to forget things like that. That speaks volumes about intentions.
