iMobile: Loan, Cards & Banking

The application is the worst banking app ever, I would give it a negative rating if that option were available. There are so many issues with it, here are some examples.. 1. It never loads on the first attempt, I have to close and restart the app every time to access it. 2. Every update breaks some feature or another, I am an NRE/NRO account holder who also has a home loan in India. One of their previous updates changed the mobile number format from 001 to +1, which broke many features. After speaking with their phone banking team a few times, I was finally able to access regular banking, but my loan account is no longer showing in the app, even though it appears in my account on a desktop browser. If I try to link the loan account, it throws an error saying the entered loan account is already linked to the requested user ID. 3. UPI payments used to work previously, but after a recent update, if I click on UPI payment, I get an error specifically, "Error during call to retrieve VPA list" and the app goes to a white blank screen. 4. No matter how many times you add a transaction to favorites and perform a monthly transfer, each time it still asks for the debit card grid. Strangely, even if we enter the correct grid numbers, it errors out, saying wrong grid number,and blocks the account for 24 hours.

After login, I tap on UPI Payments, it gives an hour glass and then the screen goes BLANK!! Tried multiple times with no luck. I’m using iPhone Pro 16 on latest iOS 18 and your app is up to date. This is a SERIOUS banking app (not Angry Birds game) and it needs to work AS EXPECTED like a ROCK at all times - and EVERY SINGLE TIME. You cannot give us the doubts like “it worked last time but not sure if it will work this time…”. If the UPI Payments screen goes blank, how are people going to pay?? Who is testing this app before it is released? You got awarded a Banking License by the govt - please take it very SERIOUSLY! Yesterday when the app was working, a payment was showing as Successful on UPI Payments screen but when I tapped on My Transactions, the same transaction is showing as PENDING. Seriously?! Why can’t you show the exact same data on different screens? On your online site, after I login, I don’t see Pending Transactions screen. the Completed Transactions screen is not showing anything which is contradictory to what your app shows (that is also inconsistent as mentioned above). In the USA, banking apps always work as expected like a rock! Every single time!! Make your app consistent, reliable, serious and worthy.

The app is great but while performing transactions the OTP is being s not to the mobile, however the OTP message never delivered within 30 secs. It will always send after the allotted time limit. Hence I always need to choose the option get OTP call to receive one which again leaves me very less time to update… for any transaction to be successful I need to be very fast in listening and entering the OTP, which is frustrating. My suggestion is if the OTP time limit increase to one min or make sure the SMS is bing sent within 5 secs upon close closing of get OTP to phone. Needs some performance testing for this app. Thank you and hope this will be read and someone will address the problem.
