This app offers excellent shopping experience with instant e-card delivery and same-day delivery for physical items—always on time and exactly as described. The interface is user-friendly. I never needed customer support because everything worked perfectly. Highly recommended!

Extremely bad experience when you find out that this business customer service representatives are lying to you & delaying you for days to buy items!!!!!! Service not good at all. If you make order, you will receive multiple invoice order numbers by mistake. Reported several times but not solved. Caused much confusion. Also customer service never respond to phone, but they respond to whatsapp only and very late. Finally, any order you place will never reach to you on time or given date or even a complete order… regardless of how many times you speak to them. Whatsapp service representative says “driver will contact you now”; two days no one called !!! Definitely not recommended. All items can be found same and cheaper in Alif Stores App and Geem App.

The app is wonderful, the card system is super fast, the products and the customer service is 5 stars.
