The most simple, practical and convenient store ever in history. What an easy life! Even shopping online makes you feel like if you are at the store wandering around.

I consider your assembly cost to be very high compared with a small tv table. I called the call center and Mr. Michael is not good to answer the calls. He didn’t try to help me to attach my new order to the old one. This is the first and last time to buy from ikea. Very bad customer service, delivery delay, unsupportive call center team. I don’t know why I wasted my time to visit your showroom and I don’t why I called your customer center to hear someone who’s not friendly and not helpful. Thank you

I was trying to order through the web but my payment was not processed, i did it multiple times and it takes me to an error page, i felt so insecure and the website is so deceiving everytime time it makes me input my card info and loads but dosent go through, please fix your web page , i went and downloaded the app but it was inconvenient and process took longer due to this mis function in web page .
