I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. Several items were returned with significant pink discoloration that was not present when the garments were collected. The affected items include multiple white and light-colored pieces, and the damage appears consistent with color transfer during cleaning or processing. Based on the replacement cost of the damaged items, the value of the clothing ruined exceeds $300. I have photographs documenting the damage. In addition to the damaged clothing, the delivery experience was unacceptable. The order was not delivered to my apartment door, and I received no notification that it had arrived. Instead, it was left unattended in the building lobby where it could have easily been lost or stolen. I trusted ihateironing with these garments because I expected professional care and handling. Instead, I received damaged clothing and a delivery process that fell well below reasonable expectations. I am requesting: • A full refund for the service • Compensation for the damaged clothing (replacement value exceeds $300) • An explanation of how this occurred and what steps will be taken to prevent it from happening again I have photographs of the damaged garments and can provide any additional information required to process this claim. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

My wife and I were staying at The Henry Hotel and they actually recommended this cleaning service. It was a god send. When your on vacation, the last thing you want to do is look for a laundry mat and spend a couple of hours there. This service was fantastic. They picked up our laundry and we got it back the next day, without a problem. If your on vacation in London, I highly recommend using this service. The staff is friendly and professional.

This service has always come through for me. They will not clean everything, so if you have specialty items I would check out a different service. However, they do clean almost everything, and they do it well. It’s always super friendly service, and your items come out very clean, folded, and smelling nice. They come to your home and bring your items back to you, making the price point worth it in my opinion. If you want extras, like no scent or more scent, put it in the notes and they’re incredibly good about making it happen. I’m a happy repeat customer!
