I try several times to open my account but the send me back to the main page. They ask me to reset my password and I didn’t have any resume

This app used to be great and I’m not sure what happened. It seems the only thing you can use it for now is for you ID card and to see past prescriptions. Anything else I try to look at tells me to call the 1800 number. The whole reason for the app is to not have to call the 1800 number. For example, I am trying to view my lab results and it says there is an issue with that function and to call the 1800 number for assistance. Hopefully this can be fixed soon otherwise it’s a useless app taking up space on my phone 😕

This app would get a solid 5 stars if I could just use it for the one thing I'd really like use it for: finding doctors! I see that you're able to search for PHPs so long as you're wanting to change yours, but--as far as I can tell!--there's no ability to do a proper search for an IEHP provider. I'd e-specially love to be able to look through those specialists...I HEREBY HUMBLY REQUEST THIS FEATURE! THANK YOU!
