It is very useful as it keeps track of your training and gives you a lot of different types of exercise a real training body. The only reason I ready for is because the connection is crazy. It is not easy it doesn’t connect so fast on my iPhone 13 but other than that it’s my go to very fun to use once it’s connected and also it wouldn’t be fun to be able to just buy those glasses that they offering instead of a subscription cause I don’t like subscriptions. They add up you already have the TV already have the household everything is subscription then when you have to come to the gym and have a subscription to many things to keep up with just sell the classes
I don’t find the app to be intuitive at all compared to other tracker apps (e.g. MapMyFitness, LifeFitness). It has strange behavior around connectivity, and I’ve had entire workouts not sync despite the bicycle and app indicating that they were connected for the workout. It is still unclear to me whether the app is intended to record results from the onboard FTP tests, as both the app and bike indicate they are connected, but my results do not show up in the workout history. It seems that the app is built around selling the “premium” version, but the very basic functionalities of this version either don’t work, or are just difficult to navigate and the app hasn’t been developed in a way to make the directions clear to the user. It also bothers me that the ICG bikes, despite being LifeFitness equipment, do not sync to the LifeFitness app.
Pairs and syncs my Ride, Records, Custom Workouts, Explore New Workouts, Sharing activities in social media and other platforms, Keeps a data of my performance...and so much more!!!
