very good app. this app got me focused at the gym and motivated at the gym. it was my first app introduction to tracking gym workouts. after using for 3 months, i am looking forward for other gym apps to download as a replacement. there are a number of bugs on the app - when creating a workout I cannot swipe to the other muscle groups, I cannot success my upload a picture, sometimes i am unable to add a new workout.
i really enjoyed this app because it paired with my treadmill, has video tutorials, shows your history of lbs lifted over months, shows previos weights for a workout, and more.

This app is great for tracking your workouts, it’ll keep track of your TRT in your gym sessions, log every workout you can think of in the strength training side and auto-log everything connected to Life Fitness cardio machine. My only issue is that it doesn’t track calories burned on any of the resistance training workouts, it only logs calories burned on cardio machine workouts. I’ve just been having ChatGPT provide caloric expenditure information based on the workouts I log on this app.

I love that I’m able to create my own exercises or use one of theirs. They have demonstration videos of exercises. They have so many types of exercises too, dumbbells, barbell, kettle bells—all the bells! It’s very customizable with the exercises, you can even program the rest period in between sets. Great app!
