Hugolog Connect

Hugolog Connect is a very solid and easy-to-use app. The interface is clean, notifications are fast, and the device integration is quite reliable. Overall, the experience is great and the app delivers what it promises. The only thing I don’t really like is that it requires an internet connection to record to the SD card. In fact, most features depend on being online, and it would be much better if it could work more locally, especially when there’s no internet available. Aside from that, it’s an excellent app with a lot of potential if they improve that detail.

I really wish that I could minimize my camera view screen so I can still be on my phone and see what's happening in the camera! I know you can make it happen 🥲

I have used and own various camera apps for indoor and outdoor cameras and this one is the best. I appreciate how I can download videos using this app. I love how when playing back, if I scroll into the next blank space, this app skips to the next event. I actually use this camera for surveillance of the parking lot in front of my condo because of a recent break-in. Sure enough today at 2:39am, an odd utility van pulled in for a minute and then reversed out of the complex. Please keep this app the way it is. My doorbell camera used to function like this until some update messed it all up. Now that app, which is a different brand name makes me take the doorbell camera down from the door to have to physically download files by taking its sd card out and inserting into a pc. Thank you very very much.
